Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Lost or Missing Shipments: If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@montarofashion.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and send them to us immediately via email. We will assist you with a replacement product or a solution.
