Our Return Policy

At MONTARO FASHION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review our return policy below for full details.

 

Return

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@montarofashion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to offer an exchange.

To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the same steps as a return request.
  2. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
  3. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  4. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@montarofashion.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as "final sale."
  • Gift cards.
